Field to Fork is a
private chef
enterprise owned and operated by Chef Ryan Redmond; it exclusively
offers interactive, hands-on dinner parties. These intimate,
educational and immensely enjoyable events can best be described as
dinner parties combined with cooking classes.
There are two interesting, compelling trends at play in our society
today: On the one hand, people spend less and less time eating meals
together at home. On the other hand, interest in food and cooking has
never been bigger.
These dots need to be connected, and Field to Fork is a dot connector.
It aims to provide people not only with a truly exceptional dinner
party experience but also with the excitement and tools with which to
cook healthy, flavorful and interesting food in the comfort of their
own homes.

the Marblehead Farmers' Market, one of the many locations in the
greater Boston area for purchasing foods directly from
farmers who, with care and expertise, produce quality, delicious,
sustainable and sustaining foods. Chef Ryan believes strongly in the
importance and necessity of such a localized food system.
